I worked at Ford Aerospace at a very young age. I was very low in the ranks at the beginning of my career. Whenever I would see Bob in the hallway, he never treated me like I was less then him. He was kind and thoughtful man. He set a great example of how everyone should behave and how to treat all others with respect and dignity. This is very sad but what a blessing to have had him all of these years. May God give your family comfort during these sad times.
